CRM Doctor is very clear, straight and transparent about its refund policy. We consider customer satisfaction as our first priority; we take refund requests by our customers with due seriousness and individual attention.
Please read the following refund policy carefully. It lists down the circumstances under which you are entitled for a full or partial refund upon returning the content.
- The CRM is not delivered on the stipulated time committed by CRM- doctor team
- The CRM functionality doesn’t match with the promise we made interms of customer requirement.
- The CRM has lots of errors and not working properly.
While requesting for a refund, the exact reason for it must be stated and the instance of the same must be highlighted and proven in the content that you return. We will not accept refund requests placed after 2 days from the date of delivering the completed project.
Note: In case if we have refunded the amount, we hold complete right to use or reuse the CRM for which the refund is done. You are not authorised to use that CRM any more.
Transparency of our refund policy
As you have noticed, our refund policy is transparent and simple. If the CRM you received does fall under any of the aforementioned categories, we are ready to process a full or partial refund. Please note that request to cancel order before the final copy is delivered does not come under this and thus a refund cannot be processed in that case. You can review the CRM at at time of demo and also check our free 1 month trial and take enough time to decide before purchasing our services. Once the order has been placed, our experts will start to work on your project immediately. Hence, we cannot entertain your request to cancel the order.
How is refund processed?
We will verify whether the refund request placed by you is valid and fulfils the agreed criteria. If it does, we will process your request instantaneously and your money will be deposited back. A processing fee will be deducted.
